Other Services
In addition to my 40 point basic checklist I do provide the following services. Please notify me ahead of time if I will be completing any of these duties so I might bring the proper supplies and schedule my other appointments accordingly.
- Closet organizing ($15/hr)
- Pet sitting ($20/hour visit in your home only)
- Party or special event set up or take down ($25/hr minimum 1 hour)
- Pantry organizing ($15/hr minimum 1 hour)
- Fridge organizing and cleaning ($25/hr minimum 1 hour)
- Oven cleaning ($25/hr minimum 1 hour)
- Gift wrapping ($15/hr minimum 1 hour)
- Invitation or Thank you note hand addressing ($15/hr minimum 1 hour)
These can be tacked onto your basic cleaning service or can be done as a completely separate service.
If you are adding one of these services to your basic cleaning appointment, I will need to be notified 24 hours in advance to bring the correct supplies with me.
Move In/Out cleaning
In addition to weekly, bi weekly, and monthly cleanings I do offer one time Move In or Move Out cleanings for EMPTY homes. I charge $0.20/sq.foot (CASH only, 1/2 at start of appointment, 1/2 at end of appointment with your personal walk through) and will complete the following in addition to floor to ceiling basic cleaning.

If you need additional work based on a list from the homeowner or rental agency, please let me know ahead of time so I can discuss it with you.
I DO NOT OFFER: landscaping, exterior window cleaning, power washing, chimney inspection, carpet shampooing, large item removal.
